Responsibilities :
Coordinate transportation and dispatch activities.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods. :
Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and warehouse teams.
Prepare dispatch documentation, invoices, E-way bills, and delivery challans. :
Monitor inward and outward movement of materials.
Resolve logistics and delivery-related issues. :
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory. :
Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Update inventory data in ERP/software and Excel sheets. :
Ensure proper storage and material handling practices.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
