Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Sector 46 Gurugaon Department : Human Resources Experience : 6 m to 1 Years

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned positions
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
Schedule and manage interviews with hiring managers
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports

Required Skills :
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed,Workindia etc.)
Robust coordination and organizational skills

Qualifications :
Graduate / MBA in HR (preferred)
Relevant experience in recruitment is an advantage

Additional Requirements :
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Immediate joiners preferred (if required)

Salary Range 15k to 20k

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
