Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic and service-oriented professionals for the role of Guest Service Associate - F&B; Service. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for fresh graduates who are passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality food and beverage service in accordance with company standards and SOPs.
Ensure prompt and courteous service to all guests.
Take orders accurately and coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service areas.
Assist in table setup, service preparation, and clearing procedures.
Address guest queries and escalate concerns to the F&B; Executive when required.




Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Adhere strictly to grooming, safety, and hospitality protocols.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification : Graduate (Hospitality or relevant field preferred).
Experience : Freshers are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
