Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements.
Define selection criteria and hiring plans.
Conduct screening calls, coordinate interviews, and manage selection processes.
Draft compelling job descriptions and structured interview questions.
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs.
HR Operations
Manage onboarding and exit formalities.
Maintain attendance and employee records.
Support HR documentation and compliance processes.
