Role: Travel Consultant - Blended Process

Salary: Up to 50,000 CTC

Eligibility & Requirements

Graduates Only

Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Travel/Travel Process

Hardcore GDS experience is mandatory

Candidates with only CRM experience who route ticketing requests to a separate ticketing team are not eligible

Candidates must have hands-on experience in:

- Refunds
- Reissues
- Ticket Exchanges
- MCO (Miscellaneous Charge Order)
- Ticket Cancellations

Excellent communication skills are mandatory

Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end travel booking and ticketing activities.
- Process refunds, reissues, exchanges, cancellations, and MCOs independently.




- Utilize GDS systems for reservations and ticketing.
- Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring accuracy and compliance with travel policies.

Significant Note

Candidates must have hands-on GDS ticketing experience and should have personally processed refunds, reissues, exchanges, MCOs, and cancellations. Candidates who have only handled customer queries through CRM without performing ticketing functions will not be considered.
