Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle travel enquiries through calls, emails and other communication channels.
- Understand travel requirements and suggest suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with operations and other internal teams to ensure smooth booking and travel arrangements.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Robust customer-handling and sales abilities.
- Travel industry experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
