The Transition Coordinator supports the successful execution of transition projects by coordinating transition activities, maintaining project governance, tracking deliverables and supporting knowledge transfer. You will be the operational backbone of the transition project, working closely with Transition Managers, Knowledge Transfer teams and business stakeholders.

Role & responsibilities

1. Coordinate transition projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
2. Lead stakeholder meetings, track action items, and manage follow-ups.
3. Maintain transition plans, trackers, status reports, and project documentation.
4. Coordinate knowledge transfer (KT), readiness assessments, and governance reviews.
5. Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, transition management,



or project management.
- Solid stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience in project planning, milestone tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple deliverables.
- Experience in an SSC, GBS, or BPO environment preferred.
- Experience in Finance or Supply Chain transitions.
- Exposure to lift-and-shift transition projects and knowledge transfer activities.
- Experience with governance reviews, stage-gate processes, and readiness assessments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project trackers, dashboards, and project management tools.
