We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Training & Placement Officer to manage placement activities, build industry connections, and enhance career opportunities for college students.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage campus placement activities and recruitment drives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies and corporate HR teams.
- Coordinate with recruiters for student placement opportunities.
- Organize campus interviews, job fairs, and placement drives.
- Provide career guidance, interview preparation, and training to students.
- Maintain placement records and prepare placement reports.
- Ensure maximum student placement through industry collaborations.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Training & Placement Officer in the same field.
- Experience working with colleges or educational institutions.
- Strong corporate networking and industry connections.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Valuable knowledge of campus recruitment and placement processes.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant discipline preferred.

Salary ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable for deserving candidates).
