Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Trainer to train employees across Flurys outlets, ensuring high standards of customer service, product knowledge, operational efficiency and adherence to company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct induction and onboarding training for newly joined employees.
2. Provide training to café and bakery staff on product knowledge, menu details and service standards.
3. Train employees on customer handling, communication and hospitality etiquette.
4. Ensure employees follow operational SOPs, hygiene and food safety standards.
5. Conduct practical demonstrations and on-the-job training at outlets.
6. Assess employee performance and identify training requirements.
7. Conduct refresher training sessions for existing employees.
8. Maintain training attendance, assessment reports and employee training records.
9.



Coordinate with outlet managers to identify skill gaps and improve employee productivity.
10. Monitor the effectiveness of training and provide feedback to management.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; hospitality or hotel management qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in training within the hospitality, café, restaurant or retail industry.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Solid knowledge of customer service and hospitality operations.
- Ability to conduct classroom as well as on-the-job training.
- Willingness to travel across outlets, if required.

Preferred Experience: 2–5 years in hospitality training or operations. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
