- Provide soft skills training to improve communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills among team members.
- Analyze feedback from trainees to identify areas of improvement and adjust training strategies accordingly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate training or a related field (BPO/Call Centre).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to analyze data to measure program effectiveness and make recommendations for future improvements.
