We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and result-oriented Retail Trainer to deliver quality training to candidates enrolled in our DDU-GKY skill development project. The candidate will be responsible for conducting classroom and practical training sessions, developing candidates' retail industry knowledge, and enhancing their customer service, communication, sales, and employability skills.
The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, customer relationship management, inventory management, visual merchandising, and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Prior experience in retail training, vocational education, or government-funded skill development projects such as DDU-GKY or PMKVY will be preferred. The candidate should be capable of preparing candidates for assessments, ensuring training quality, maintaining academic documentation, and supporting candidates in becoming job-ready for employment in the retail sector.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
