Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented General Duty Assistant (GDA) Trainer to deliver quality training to candidates enrolled in our DDU-GKY skill development project. The candidate will be responsible for conducting classroom and practical training sessions to develop candidates' knowledge and skills in basic patient care, hospital support services, hygiene, infection control, and healthcare assistance. The trainer will prepare candidates to provide compassionate and skilled support to patients under the supervision of qualified healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of patient care, personal hygiene, vital signs monitoring, patient mobility and positioning, infection prevention and control, biomedical waste management, basic first aid,



and hospital safety protocols. Prior experience in healthcare training, hospital operations, nursing assistance, or government-funded skill development projects such as DDU-GKY or PMKVY will be preferred. The candidate should be capable of preparing candidates for assessments, conducting practical demonstrations, maintaining training records, ensuring compliance with the prescribed curriculum, and developing candidates' competencies for employment in hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
