Required Skills & Competencies:

- Solid knowledge of sheet metal tooling and press operations.
- Expertise in reading technical drawings and GD&T.;
- Experience with progressive and transfer dies preferred.
- Proficiency in precision measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC and wire EDM operations.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Interpret engineering drawings, tool designs, and technical specifications.
- Operate tool room machines such as lathe, milling, surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, drilling, and wire cutting (EDM).
- Perform tool trials and make necessary corrections to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and repair dies to minimize production downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance of tools and dies.
- Ensure tools meet quality standards and production requirements.
- Work closely with design, quality, and production teams.
- Maintain proper documentation of tool modifications and repairs.
- Follow safety standards and 5S practices in the tool room.

Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
