Job Title: Tool Room Supervisor Department: Tool Room Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical Experience: 3–5 Years Industry: Automobile / Manufacturing / Forging Job Responsibilities 1. Supervise day-to-day tool room activities and manpower allocation.

- Ensure timely availability of tools, dies, jigs, fixtures and cutting tools for production.
- Monitor tool inventory, stock levels, issue and return records.
- Coordinate with CNC, Production, Quality and Maintenance departments for tooling requirements.
- Monitor tool life, tool wear and replacement schedules.
- Ensure proper storage, identification and maintenance of tools and fixtures.
- Plan and monitor tool maintenance, repair and replacement activities.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and initiate purchase requests.
- Prepare daily and monthly tool consumption and inventory reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of tools.
- Implement 5S, housekeeping and safety practices in the tool room.




- Identify opportunities to reduce tool consumption and tooling costs.
- Guide and monitor tool room staff and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Required Skills - Good knowledge of CNC cutting tools, dies, jigs and fixtures.

- Knowledge of tool inventory and stock management.
- Experience in tool life monitoring and tool maintenance.
- Good supervisory and manpower handling skills.
- Knowledge of 5S, safety and documentation.
- Good coordination with production and maintenance teams.

Candidate

Requirements - ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing industries.
- Previous experience in tool room supervision preferred.
- Knowledge of CNC machining and tooling operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
