Responsibilities

Assembly & Fitting: Hand-fit, assemble, and align precision parts, punches, and dies to tight tolerances (often within fractions of a millimeter or thousandths of an inch).

Design & Interpretation: Read and interpret complex engineering blueprints, CAD/CAM models, and technical specifications.

Machining & Fabrication: Operate manual and CNC machines (lathes, milling machines, surface/cylindrical grinders, and EDMs) to cut, shape, and finish metal parts.

Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on production dies, molds, and stamping tools to reduce downtime.

Quality Control: Inspect finished tooling using precision measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: High school diploma plus a technical certificate, ITI trade certificate (or completed apprenticeship.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, blueprint reading, and operational knowledge of machine tools.

Aptitude: Strong mathematical skills, mechanical precision, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience: 2 to 5 Yrs

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
