Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads
YouTube Ads
LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
Manage campaign budgets and improve ROAS, CPL, and conversions.
Create and scale lead generation, conversion, and remarketing campaigns.
Perform audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
Track campaign performance using tools like:
Google Analytics
Meta Business Manager
Google Tag Manager
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and copy.
Monitor trends, campaign metrics, and platform updates regularly

Requirements :
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Positive understanding of Performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
