Role Overview

You will play a key role in evolving a modern platform that delivers capabilities such as Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), secure web gateway, and VPN-as-a-Service , replacing legacy security architectures with scalable, cloud-delivered solutions.

What You'll Do
Design and build scalable systems and APIs :
Lead development of subsystems and core features :
Drive technical decisions and design reviews :
Improve performance, reliability, and security :
Mentor engineers and guide best practices

What You'll Bring
6+ years of system/software development experience
Expertise in Go , Rust, C or C++ and concurrency. :
Strong experience in distributed systems and system design. :
Deep knowledge of databases and scaling. :
Solid understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals :
Experience with cloud and microservices architectures. :
Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS) :
Working experience or robust understanding of secure access and security systems (e.g., authentication, authorization, policy enforcement,



Zero Trust / ZTNA / SSE) :
Ability to design systems with security, scalability, and reliability considerations. :
Ability to guide teams and improve engineering quality.
Strong use of AI tools with engineering judgment.
