10 years : Profile : Responsibilities :
Build and optimize LLM-based workflows, chatbots, AI assistants, and automation
systems.
Work on prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI orchestration
frameworks.
Fine-tune and evaluate AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and deliver
AI-driven solutions.
Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative implementations.
Monitor model performance and continuously improve reliability and efficiency.
Maintain documentation, testing standards, and deployment processes.

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
Robust proficiency in Python.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face.
Experience working with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.




Understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI
agents.
Experience with APIs, backend integration, and cloud platforms.
Knowledge of databases, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to take ownership and work independently.
More than 10 years of experience with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
