Amani Travel and Tourism is looking for a Senior Ticketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in flight ticketing to join our team in Kottakkal.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of domestic and international flight bookings, GDS operations, and airline reservations.

Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international flight bookings and ticket issuance.
- Manage ticket reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and date changes.
- Work with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
- Provide accurate fare quotations and itinerary options to customers.
- Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to resolve ticketing-related issues.
- Ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer service.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in airline ticketing.
- Basic to good knowledge of GDS operations and airline fare rules.
- Experience in domestic and international flight reservations.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple bookings efficiently.
