Job Responsibilities

- Teach Mathematics to students of Classes VI–X in accordance with the CBSE curriculum and NCERT syllabus.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments and teaching-learning materials.
- Explain mathematical concepts using activity-based, experiential and competency-based teaching methods.
- Develop students' logical reasoning, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct regular assessments, class tests, periodic tests and examinations.
- Evaluate answer sheets and maintain accurate academic records.
- Provide remedial classes and enrichment activities according to students' learning needs.
- Prepare students for CBSE Class X Board examinations, where applicable.
- Integrate ICT tools, digital resources and mathematical activities into classroom teaching.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning environment.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings,



school events and CBSE-related training programmes.
- Perform other academic duties assigned by the Principal or school management.
