Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate – Textile Designer for Menswear, with 1–3 years of experience, preferably with a strong background in woven textiles. The ideal candidate should have a formal education in Textile Design and a good understanding of textile development, patterns, textures, colors, and commercial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and create textile designs, patterns, prints, and surface concepts for woven fabrics.
- Research current and upcoming textile, color, pattern, and fashion trends to develop relevant designs.




- Work on woven textile developments based on seasonal requirements and brand direction.
- Create design concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and textile artworks.
- Collaborate with the design, sourcing, merchandising, and production teams for textile development.
- Coordinate with vendors and mills for sampling and development of fabrics.
- Review fabric samples and make necessary design/color modifications.
- Ensure designs are aligned with the brand aesthetic, quality standards, and commercial requirements.
- Maintain and organize textile design libraries, artwork, and development details.
- Stay updated on new textile techniques, materials, finishes, and market developments.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Textile Design.
- Graduate in Textile Design from NIFT or a reputed design college/institute.
- Strong experience or exposure to Woven Textiles is required.
- Good understanding of textile design, patterns, textures, colors, yarns, and fabric construction.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in relevant design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of CAD software such as Textronics / TexCAD will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple design developments.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
