Objective

Conceptualization and deployment of territory strategies aligned with region and country strategy, drive sales across B2B and B2C segments, and achieve profitable growth in the Wires & FMEG business.

Profile Requirement

Individual with solid Product Knowledge, Customer Relationship Management, problemsolving skills, powerful negotiation ability, resource management, sales proficiency, and the ability to collaborate and mentor junior team members.

Overall Responsibilities

- Responsible for top and bottom-line delivery for the assigned geography
- Responsible for driving market programs and market share
- Appointing distributors and stock points
- Appointing sub-dealers and retailers under the distributors




- Responsible for ensuring trade discipline, mix delivery, and distribution metrics
- Ensuring market discipline, coverage norms, and administration
- Building steadfast relationships with trade partners, influencers, contractors, and channel partners, ensuring market discipline, coverage norms, and administration
- Attending negotiations and closing orders
- Responsible for territory sales forecasting and tracking
- Territory mapping and coverage of the region directly as well as through dealers
- Training executive trainees to upskill them for future TM roles

Experience and Qualification

- 05 to 10 years of experience in Wires / FMEG Sales
- Bachelors degree – any discipline
