Role & responsibilities .

- Remisier Acquisition & Activation

Identify, onboard, and activate high-potential Remisiers to expand the partner network
- Conduct business pitches, explain value propositions, and manage end-to-end partner onboarding. Revenue &Business; Growth • Achieve broking revenue, client activation, and trading volume targets through partner productivity.
- Drive cross-sell of wealth and investment products through the Remisier channel. Partner Relationship Management • Build robust business relationships with partners, ensuring ongoing support and engagement.
- Conduct periodic business reviews and performance tracking with each Remisier. Training & Enablement
- Train partners on products, platforms, compliance processes, and trading tools.
- Support them with market insights and research updates to improve their ability to attract clients. Compliance & Documentation • Ensure adherence to SEBI guidelines, KYC norms, and internal compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation, agreements, and performance reports.




- Track local market trends, competitor activity, and partner ecosystem developments.
- Provide actionable insights to improve channel strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education & Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate with 37 years of experience in broking industry sales, Remisier/Channel management, or B2B partner acquisition. Prior experience in onboarding and managing partners, sub-brokers, or remisiers is preferred.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of equity broking, trading platforms, and financial products.
- Excellent B2B business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. o Self-driven personality with ability to manage territory independently. o Strong communication and presentation abilities. o Required certifications: NISM Series VII / VIII, or relevant market certifications (as applicable).
