Role & Responsibilities

- Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, technical specifications, BOQs and contractual terms to understand project scope and requirements.

- Perform quantity take-offs, BOQ analysis, cost estimation and rate analysis for civil infrastructure projects.

- Prepare technical and commercial bid proposals and ensure timely submission through relevant tender portals.

- Coordinate with procurement, vendors and project teams to obtain quotations, compare rates and finalize competitive bid pricing.

- Develop baseline project schedules, resource plans and execution timelines using MS Project or Primavera.

- Monitor project progress against planned schedules, identify delays and risks, and recommend corrective actions.

- Maintain tender records, contract documentation, planning revisions and project progress reports.

- Coordinate with engineering, procurement and site execution teams to ensure effective project planning and control.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E.



/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

- 4-8 years of relevant experience in tendering, estimation and project planning within Civil Construction, EPC or Infrastructure industries.

- Hands-on experience in tender preparation, BOQ analysis, quantity take-offs, cost estimation and rate analysis.

- Practical knowledge of technical and commercial bid preparation, tender submission procedures and online tender portals.

- Experience in project scheduling, resource planning and progress monitoring using MS Project, Primavera or equivalent tools.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, project documentation and reporting.

- Solid understanding of construction norms, market rates, vendor quotations and commercial evaluation.

- Excellent analytical, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
