Adventum Overseas is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-oriented candidates for the position of Telecaller & Visa Counsellor.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from potential clients.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Counsel clients regarding Study Visa, Tourist Visa, Work Permit and PR opportunities.
- Explain visa processes, documentation, eligibility criteria and services.
- Schedule client appointments and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Maintain client records and update lead information in the CRM.
- Convert potential inquiries into business opportunities.
- Maintain qualified relationships with clients.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.




- Fluent in Hindi; English communication skills preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales or visa counselling will be an advantage.
