Core Responsibilities • Make &
- Receive Calls: Dial outbound lists (cold or warm leads) and answer inbound customer inquiries.
- Pitch &
- Promote: Explain product features, services, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly.
- Lead Generation &
- Qualification: Identify interested prospects and pass qualified leads to the sales team or field agents.
- Customer Support &
- Grievances: Resolve basic complaints, answer service questions, and guide users through online steps (like payments or sign-ups).
- Database &
- CRM Management: Log call outcomes, update customer info, and track follow-ups in tools or Excel sheets.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call counts, lead quotas, or sales targets.
Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹34,178.28 per hour
