Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential clients to introduce services and generate leads. Maintain a detailed database of customer interactions and follow-up schedules. Answer inquiries and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Requirements:
Plus Two or a Degree in any stream. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in English and Malayalam. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
