About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Tele Sales Team Lead to manage and motivate the tele sales team, achieve sales targets, monitor daily performance, and improve customer conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the Tele Sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

- Allocate leads to team members and monitor lead follow-up and conversion.

- Track daily calls, customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales performance.

- Develop effective calling strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.

- Train and coach tele sales executives on product knowledge, communication, and sales techniques.

- Monitor team KPIs such as calls made, leads generated, conversions, revenue, and follow-ups.

- Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in closing important sales.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.

- Ensure proper maintenance and updating of customer and lead databases.

- Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions to improve team productivity.





- Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to team members.

- Ensure adherence to company sales policies, processes, and customer service standards.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.

- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

- Strong knowledge of telesales processes and lead management.

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and reporting tools.

- Ability to analyse sales data and team performance.

- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Any Graduate / Post Graduate.

- 6–8 years of relevant experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales, preferably with team-handling experience.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
