Job Responsibilities Make calls to customers for follow-ups and business inquiries. Follow up with customers regarding their product requirements, quotations, and orders. Handle customer inquiries and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Respond to customer messages and inquiries on Instagram. Contact potential customers and follow up with existing customers. Understand customer requirements and share the details with the sales team. Maintain customer follow-up records and update the status of inquiries.
Ensure timely responses to customer calls and messages.
Working Hours Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Weekly Holiday: One day per week Candidate Requirements ● Good communication and telephone-handling skills. ● Basic knowledge of Instagram and WhatsApp. ● Friendly, polite, and professional attitude. ● Ability to follow up with customers regularly. ● Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
