- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads 2. Explain insurance products (life insurance) clearly and convincingly 3. Follow up with customers for documentation and policy closure 4. Maintain records of calls and sales using CRM software 5. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets 6. Handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues promptly 7. Proven experience in tele calling or sales (preferred) 8. Excellent communication 9. Basic computer knowledge
