– Kannada Telecaller (Gate Automation)

Job Summary

INCENTIVES WILL BE PROVIDED,

We are looking for a Kannada-speaking Telecaller to handle customer enquiries and generate sales leads for gate automation products. The candidate should be fluent in Kannada and have good communication skills to explain our products, follow up with customers and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and handle incoming enquiries.
- Communicate with customers fluently in Kannada.
- Explain gate automation products, features, benefits and pricing.
- Generate leads for sliding gate motors, swing gate motors and automatic gate systems.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain daily calling reports and update lead status.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly lead generation targets.





Required Skills:
- Fluent in Kannada (mandatory).
- Basic English communication skills.
- Tamil knowledge is an added advantage.
- Positive telephone communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
