Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our real estate team as Telecallers. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, generating leads, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate property leads.
- Explain property details, prices, locations, and available offers to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain customer details, call records, and lead status in Excel or CRM.




- Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Confident, positive, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Willingness to learn and achieve sales targets.
- Interest in real estate and property sales.
