Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, persistent, and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Indirapuram. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, connecting with potential customers, explaining our offerings, and generating quality leads during standard day shifts.

The ideal candidate must have a relevant experience in telesales, outbound calling, or customer support, along with excellent Hindi and functional English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Outbound/Inbound Calling: Initiate telephonic conversations with prospective clients from the provided database.

· Lead Generation: Pitch products/services effectively, identify interest, and convert leads into potential business opportunities or appointments.

· Database Management: Keep accurate, up-to-date logs of customer interactions, follow-up timelines, and feedback within the system.





· Customer Relationship: Address primary inquiries, handle customer objections professionally, and maintain positive brand rapport.

· Target Achievement: Meet or exceed regular daily talk-time benchmarks and monthly calling targets within the 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Experience: Relevant professional experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or Customer Support Associate. Freshers can also apply

· Language: Fluent in Hindi with good, clear English communication skills.

· Core Skills:

o Strong active listening, negotiation, and convincing skills.

o Ability to handle client rejection calmly and professionally.

o Basic computer proficiency (Excel, basic CRM tracking, or data entry tools).

· Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.

Salary & Benefits

· Salary: As per standard NCR industry scale

· Incentives: Performance-based incentives tied to lead conversions.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
