Job Summary

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to promote and sell business loan products to prospective customers over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan features, following up with customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to offer business loan products.
- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, loan amounts, tenure, and documentation requirements.
- Generate leads and convert them into business loan applications.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Collect basic customer information and required documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for application processing.




- Maintain customer details and call records in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure professional customer service and follow company policies.

Required Skills
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, or loan sales is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of business loans and financial products.
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow up effectively.
- Target-oriented approach and basic computer knowledge.

Qualification and Experience
- Qualification: Graduate (as per company requirements).
- Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates, depending on the hiring requirement.
