We are seeking a motivated and agile Telesales Executive to join our team in Whitefield, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls to customers, generating sales leads, and promoting a range of financial products including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Two-Wheeler Loans, and Credit Cards. This role requires a strong understanding of customer requirements and the ability to explain suitable financial products effectively.

The Telesales

Executive will be tasked with converting leads into successful sales and achieving assigned sales targets while maintaining proper lead records.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound calls to customers and generate sales leads.
- Promote financial products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Two-Wheeler Loans, and Credit Cards.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable financial products.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Follow up with customers and maintain proper lead records.

Eligibility

- Freshers with 10th / 12th / Any Graduation / Undergraduates can apply. Technical degrees such as B.E. / B.Tech are not eligible for freshers.




- Experienced candidates with outbound calling or telesales experience are preferred.

Customer

Support candidates must have relevant sales experience. Candidates with B.E. / B.Tech can apply only if they have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience.

- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Candidates should be comfortable with sales targets and lead conversion.

Salary

- Freshers can expect a take-home salary of 20,000/- while experienced candidates can earn up to 27,000/- take-home.

Benefits include a yearly bonus instead of monthly incentives, ESIC coverage for eligible candidates, and insurance coverage for self and family for those earning above a certain threshold.

Working Days
