Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecom Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through effective sales, upselling, and cross-selling of telecom products and services. The ideal candidate should possess solid communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to understand customer needs to recommend suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with existing and prospective customers via calls, chat, or email.
- Promote and sell telecom products, plans, and value-added services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate telecom solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, conversion metrics, and quality standards.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and service-related concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.




- Stay updated on telecom products, promotions, and market trends.

Required Skills

Qualification

- Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
- Prior experience in Telecom Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Sales, or Voice Process preferred.

- Experience in telecom, broadband, mobile, or related sales processes.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and convert leads into sales.
- Strong objection-handling and relationship-management skills.
