The role involves contacting restaurants, hotels, cafes, and other food businesses through phone calls, introducing our services, identifying potential customers, and generating business leads.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to restaurants, hotels, cafes, and food businesses.
- Introduce our company's software solutions to potential customers.
- Communicate with restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Identify interested customers and generate qualified leads.
- Explain basic product features and benefits to prospective customers.
- Schedule product demonstrations with interested businesses.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain daily call records and update lead information.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding interested prospects.

Requirements

- Good verbal communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking over the phone.
- Willingness to learn sales and customer communication.




- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Freshers and college students are welcome.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is an added advantage.
