We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecalling & Lead Generation Executive to connect with automotive business owners, generate qualified leads, and schedule meetings for our Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential automotive businesses.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Make 50–80+ outbound calls daily.
- Introduce CarUniv's marketing and growth solutions.
- Understand prospects' business challenges.
- Generate interest in our Workshop Growth Audit and Growth Partner Program.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Sales Team.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain daily calling, lead, and appointment records.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team.

Skills Required




- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners.
- Hindi and basic English communication.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up and listening skills.
- Confident and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Experience Experience in telecalling, telesales, B2B lead generation, automotive industry, or digital marketing sales is preferred.

Additional Advantage: Comfortable participating in video content shoots.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales can also apply.
