Job Title: Telecalling Executive / Telesales Specialist – Ayurvedic & Wellness Products

About the Role

We are seeking a target-driven, persuasive Telesales Specialist to join our growing team in Noida. In this role, you will reach out to interested customer leads, explain the benefits of our Ayurvedic wellness and skincare formulations, guide customers on product usage, and close sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Call inbound/outbound leads generated from digital marketing campaigns to pitch Ayurvedic wellness products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product bundles or customized wellness routines.
- Address customer inquiries, build trust, and overcome sales objections professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and conversion metrics.
- Maintain accurate lead updates, call disposition records, and follow-ups in our CRM software (NeoDove).




- Work closely with internal team members and logistics to ensure accurate order placement and smooth customer onboarding.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound customer sales (preferably in D2C e-commerce, Ayush/Ayurvedic products, health supplements, or cosmetic/skincare).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills in Hindi (fluency in English or additional regional languages is a plus).
- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with telecalling CRMs (e.g., NeoDove or similar lead-management tools) is preferred.
- Target-Oriented: Self-motivated mindset with a focus on closing deals and achieving monthly performance incentives.
