We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives with good communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, interacting with customers, generating leads, and providing information about company products and services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain daily calling records and update customer information.
- Achieve daily calling and performance targets.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with customers.

Skills & Requirements




- Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English is preferred.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to handle calls and follow-ups effectively.
