We are looking for enthusiastic, confident and target-oriented Telecaller / Inside Sales Executives to join our growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate B2B sales opportunities.
- Contact and follow up with leads received through Google Ads, Meta Ads, website inquiries and other marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements for corporate uniforms, customized apparel and corporate gifting.
- Explain product features, pricing, customization options and bulk order requirements.
- Convert interested prospects into qualified business opportunities and sales.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain daily calling reports, lead status and customer information in Excel or CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, pricing and order closures.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Good Hindi communication; basic English communication preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and manage follow-ups.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and achieve targets.
- Previous experience in Telecalling, Telesales or Inside Sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and confidence are welcome to apply.

Salary & Incentives
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
- Performance-based incentives.
