Job Summary:

We are looking for confident and target-oriented Telecallers to handle loan recovery and collection activities. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue loan payments, following up on pending dues and encouraging timely repayment through professional communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan payments and outstanding dues.
- Follow up with customers for pending EMI payments and repayment commitments.
- Explain outstanding amounts, payment deadlines and repayment procedures.
- Negotiate repayment schedules within company-approved guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Handle customer queries, objections and complaints professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly recovery targets.
- Coordinate with the field collection team for further follow-ups when required.

Candidate Requirements:

- 03 years of experience in telecalling, loan collection, banking or customer service.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Positive verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Target-oriented and persistent approach.

Educational Qualification: PUC / Any Graduate.

We are looking for energetic and responsible Field Collection Executives to manage loan recovery activities through direct customer visits. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers with overdue loan payments, following up on outstanding amounts and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professional customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Visit customers at their registered residential or business addresses for loan recovery follow-ups.
- Collect overdue EMI payments and outstanding dues through approved payment channels.
- Follow up with customers who have missed or delayed loan repayments.
- Communicate repayment details and outstanding amounts to customers.
- Understand customer payment issues and coordinate repayment commitments.
- Maintain daily records of customer visits, collections and follow-up activities.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly collection targets.
- Coordinate with the office and telecalling team regarding recovery updates.
- Submit daily collection reports to the reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements:

- 03 years of experience in field collection, loan recovery, banking or sales.
- Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills can also apply.
- Willingness to travel and conduct regular field visits.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital payment methods.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Should be self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.
