Hiring: Telecaller Executives – SBI & Muthoot Collections
We are hiring Telecaller Executives for our collection agency to handle SBI and Muthoot portfolios.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payment follow-ups.
- Explain pending dues and encourage timely payments.
- Handle customer queries and payment commitments.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Maintain proper calling and follow-up records.
Requirements:
- 10th / 12th / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive Tamil, English, Telugu, Malayalam and Kanada communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Thirumullaivoyal and Saligramam Chennai
