Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

- Generate leads through telephone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

- Promote company products and services.

- Explain product features, pricing, and business benefits.

- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain lead records.

- Schedule client meetings and product demonstrations.

- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.

- Maintain customer relationships and coordinate with the sales team.

- Update daily call reports and sales activities in CRM.

- Identify new business opportunities.
