Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective property buyers using company-provided leads.
- Handle incoming enquiries from Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and property portals.
- Explain project details, location, pricing, amenities, approvals, and payment plans.
- Understand customers' budgets, preferred locations, and property requirements.
- Generate qualified leads and arrange property site visits.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain customer details, call records, and lead status in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the field sales team and arrange appointments.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly site visit targets.
- Provide customer feedback to the marketing team to improve lead quality.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
