Experience

1-3 years in Telecalling, Telemarketing, Telesales.

Salary

- Fixed Salary: 20,000 per month
- Performance Incentive: 1,00,000 for every successful IPO client acquisition (as per company policy)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and confident Telemarketing Executive to contact company-provided business leads, introduce our IPO advisory services, identify companies interested in raising funds through an IPO. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, and the ability to engage professionally with prospective clients.

Role & responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to company-provided business leads.
- Introduce the company's IPO advisory services to decision-makers.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain and update customer databases, call records,



and follow-up details in MS Excel and the company's software.
- Build and maintain professional relationship with prospective clients.
- Achieve daily ad monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Any Graduate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Perks and perks

- Fixed salary: 20,000 per month.
- Attractive performance- based incentives.
- Employees are eligible for an incentive of 1,00,000 for each successful IPO client acquisition, subject to successful closure and company policies.

Working Hours

- 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Monday - Saturday
- 2nd and 4th Saturday Off
- Sunday Weekly Off
