About the Role

Tedsoc is looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Calling Executives to connect with prospective students, explain our products or services, generate leads, and build strong relationships with students. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve calling targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on leads.
- Explain Tedsoc’s products or services clearly and professionally.
- Understand students’ requirements and provide relevant information.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or counselling sessions when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, student details, and follow-up activities.
- Handle students’ queries and concerns politely.
- Follow up with interested students to improve conversion rates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development teams.

Requirements
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
- Ability to communicate confidently with students over the phone.
- Strong listening, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Preferred Qualifications
- 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, student counselling, or lead generation is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Telugu,English is preferred.
