Working Hours: Mon–Sat, 10:30 AM–6:30 PM

JD:

- Handle customer enquiries and regular follow-ups.
- Follow up for outstanding payments and pending dues.
- Track pending orders and coordinate for timely delivery.
- Maintain customer records, order details and payment records.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
- Assist in routine administrative and coordination activities.
