Future Focuz is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecalling Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, generating leads, and providing initial information about our study abroad and educational services.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and generate leads.
- Explain study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and admission processes.
- Follow up with interested students and maintain regular communication.
- Identify student requirements and schedule counselling appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling team for further student assistance.

Requirements




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to convince and engage prospective students.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000.
