Job Title: Tele Calling Sales Executive

Location: Sector-2, Noida (Nearest Metro: Sector 15)

Monthly CTC: ₹15,000 per month + Unlimited Incentives

Role Overview: We are looking for energetic, result-driven Tele Calling Sales Executives to join our growing team in Noida. In this role, you will connect with prospective customers via phone, identify their needs, introduce appropriate banking and financial products, address queries, and guide customers through the complete sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to present banking products and services.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend tailored financial/banking solutions.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and application workflows.
- Handle customer objections professionally to maximize conversions.
- Track and log candidate details, customer feedback, and follow-up activities accurately.
- Achieve daily/monthly target allocations while delivering excellent customer service.





Eligibility Criteria & Key Skills

- Education & Experience: Open to Freshers; candidates with prior experience or internships in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development will have an added advantage.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales Aptitude: Strong convincing ability, negotiation skills, and active listening.
- Technical Basics: Basic computer proficiency for data entry and record maintenance.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

Compensation & Advantages

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 CTC per month (commensurate with interview performance).
